Bulawayo Council Refuses to Waive Bob Plane Costs

THE Bulawayo City Council has turned down a request by the Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe (CAAZ) to waive costs incurred in catering for President Robert Mugabe's plane. This is according to correspondence between CAAZ and the council.
